The application allows you to define the workflow in order to collect the score and the feedback of a contact. You can use an outsourcer for the application provides a data exchange mask. Alternatively, you can collect data internally by using a call management mask.

It is possible to define and manage different Touch Points, ie the reason for calling or investigating the customer. In the configuration you can define a workflow including the Web Survey, so all contacts that fall into this type of Touch Point will be contacted through a survey.

  • Management of obsolescence and black list
